By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
The Application is provided for educational and study purposes only. Beyond Idea (Beyondidea) and the ITIL© 4 Mastery are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with AXELOS Limited or any official ITIL examination body.
While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that using this app will result in passing the official ITIL certification exam. Content may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Billing cycles are handled via your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
The Service and its original content (excluding standard ITIL syllabus facts belonging to their respective owners), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beyond Idea (Beyondidea) and its licensors.
In no event shall Beyond Idea (Beyondidea), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
